Post-Production Quality Inspection

Before production begins, we prioritize the meticulous process of color matching and sample approval. Our design team collaborates closely with customers to ensure that the ceramic tiles meet their exact color, texture, and aesthetic specifications. We perform color matching under controlled lighting conditions and create prototypes or samples for rigorous evaluation. Only after customer approval do we proceed with mass production. This step guarantees that our products align perfectly with customer expectations and the desired outcome for their projects.

Post-Production Quality Inspection.

After production, each batch of ceramic tiles undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it is deemed ready for packaging and shipment. Our quality control team inspects the tiles for key quality parameters, including:

Dimensional Accuracy: Ensuring that all tiles meet the required size and thickness specifications.

Surface Finish: Checking for any defects such as cracks, chips, or blemishes on the surface.

Glaze Quality: Verifying the uniformity of the glaze, ensuring that it is free from discoloration, bubbles, or unevenness.
